|Building Dept "Customer Service" and public perception|
In these already trouble times dealing with O&C funding issues, political regulation from local City Councils and BCC's, etc. we are also faced with negative public perception issues. A current initiative from Bill Sizemore illustrates that, to some, building permits and inspections are an unnecessary impediment and "govermental oversight". What positive things can we, and should we, do to change that perception?
